Fix registration and approval problems
You are trying to register as a voter or candidate and something is in the way.
This page is for people registering. Organizers, see Self-registration.
The link does not work
Use the full link from the organizer. If the page cannot find the event, ask them for a fresh one from Share Links.
"Registration is closed"
Registration closes when voting starts, when the event ends, or at a closing time the organizer set. Voter registration also closes when the event hits its voter limit. Only the organizer can reopen it or raise the limit. Ask them.
The form will not submit
Fill in every required field, including a Voter ID if the event asks for one. Candidates: pick at least one position and add a photo or payment if required. Copy the error text and send it to the organizer if it keeps failing. Do not submit twice.
I registered but nothing happened
The organizer has to approve you. Wait for their review and watch your inbox (and spam) for an approval email if the event sends them. Only the organizer can tell you the status.
