Voting is live and something is broken? Put the event code, its status, and the end time at the top of your message, and say what participants cannot do.

What not to send
Passwords, voter keys, one-time codes, API keys, card numbers, or ID documents. Blur participant emails and Voter IDs in screenshots unless we ask for an example.
Social
X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube are for news, not support requests.
