Fix result and link problems
A link opens the wrong page, the result is not showing, or a confirmation code is not found.
The link opens the wrong thing
Each public page has its own link: ballot preview, cast votes, confirm votes, result, and registration. Make sure you have the right one and that it contains the full event code. Organizers can copy every link from Share Links.
"Result not available yet"
The organizer decides when results are public. During voting, results show only if Live Result is on. After the event ends, they show if Live Result or Publish Result is on. Ask the organizer. Details in Results and visibility.
A team member cannot see results in the dashboard
They must accept the invite and sign in with the invited email, and the invite must not be revoked. Owners, Managers, Observers, and Sponsors always see results. Polling Officers, Candidates, and Voters follow the public-result switches. See Roles and permissions.
Confirmation code not found
Enter the code exactly as shown, on the confirm page for the same event, with no extra spaces. The CC prefix is optional. If it still fails, contact the organizer with the time you voted. Do not post your code publicly.
