In-app notifications
The bell in the dashboard header.
A red dot on the bell means something is unread. Open it to see updates about your events: start and end, plan changes, imports and exports, recounts, bulk deletes, and account changes. Some have a View link to the related page.
Opening the panel does not mark everything read. Select Mark read on an item, or open its link. On an event page you are looking at, new notifications also appear briefly as a toast and are marked read. Select Load more for older items. Read state is per account.
Missing a notification?
Refresh, and check you are signed in to the account that did the work. If it is still missing, contact support with the event code and roughly when it should have appeared.
