Roles and permissions
What each role can see and do in a voting event.
Give each person the smallest role that covers their job. You are the Owner of events you create. Invite others as Manager, Polling Officer, or Observer. Sponsors, candidates, and voters get access from their own records.

"When public" means Live Result is on, or the event has ended and Publish Result is on. See Results and visibility.
