Pepvote provides several Voting Entities which provides a more streamlined experience to all Users
Position 🥇
Position is a title in which a group of Candidates are competing for.
Some similar words used to describe a Position based on the nature of the voting are:
Office

Seat

Candidate
Candidate is a person contesting, competing or aspiring for a Position.
Some similar words used to describe a Candidate based on the nature of the voting are:
Aspirant
Contestant
Nominee

Party
Party is a means of grouping similar Candidates probably because they share the same purpose or because they are just related.

Voter
Voter of course is the one who votes for one or more Candidates of choice aspiring for a Position.

Election Manager 👨
An Election Manager / Election Administrator is the person who sets up the Election, Poll or Ballot. He or She is mainly responsible for the managing and monitoring of the entire election. From Setting Up to Voting to Result Publishing or Announcement.
The Election Manager can be the Head of the Election Committee or Election Board.
Pepvote has provided several features to make all aspects of the entire election process easier to manage, monitor and maintain.
Polling Officers have lesser control over the Election, Poll or Ballot Setup unlike the Election Manager
Polling Officer 👨💻
In Pepvote, The Polling Officer is a person or group of people who supports or assists the Election Manager in setting up the Election and making sure the voting process goes smoothly for voters.
For Example, in a Student Union Government (SUG) Election, Polling Officers can be head of Faculties or Departments who will make sure that the Data of Voters from their Faculty or Department are correctly uploaded.
Pepvote allows the Election Manager to create multiple Polling Officers to help assist with setting up the Election.
Polling Officers have lesser control over the Election, Poll or Ballot Setup unlike the Election Manager
Observer 👀 🕵️
An Observer in Pepvote is a person or group of people who observes the Election especially the voting process.
In a National Election, Observers can range from Journalists to Agents.
In an Award Show or Nominations, Observers may be Judges
Pepvote Observers Module provide a means to allow a few set of people to observe or monitor the voting process on Authentication.
Observers on Pepvote are able to monitor the Election or Poll, but cannot make any change to the Ballot Setup
